Indie-folk duo Eletto have slowed things down for their new ballad, ‘Danced With A Stranger’. The track is designed to spotlight the pair’s harmonious combined voice, which dances and sways above a singular acoustic guitar like a well-oiled musical machine. Their tender lyrics tell the story of “a young woman who’s lost her loved one to the drink. It details her longing need for affection; using other men to fill the gap he left, but they all remind her of him.” The end result is a piece that feels both nostalgic and hopeful.
